It's been nearly 11 years since fan-favourite Friends went off the air, but the lives of Ross, Rachel, Joey, Monica, Chandler, and Phoebe seem to be more relevant than ever. Thanks to the wonders of syndication, the gang is still ridiculously popular. Like really, really popular. Warner Bros. still sees $1 billion in revenue annually from the show, according to a writer at USA Today who took the VIP studio tour.
We'll just let that sink in.
In case you were wondering, that means Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer each get $20 million annually for work they did nearly a decade ago. Not too shabby, right?
