Ah yes, it's almost that time of year again, September 6, to be exact. Time to scramble your way into a fully-crowded retailer for half-full champagne flutes and a photo op with a reality star whose fragrance is just launching. We're talking about FNO, and though it takes a lot of patience, a lot of endurance, and a little fight, it's not all mocktails and mini-cheesburgers. There are currently 699 event listings on the official (and just released) FNO website, but here's what we're looking forward to most:

•Solange Knowles will spin at DVF with hosts Meredith Melling Burke and Allison Williams
•Alexander Wang will reveal the winner of his cage installation contest
•Alexis Bittar will host a karaoke night and reward participants with $50 store credit
•Balenciaga will launch their Grace Coddington-designed line of products with drawings of her cat Pumpkin
•Henri Bendel will bring Cirque Du Soleil to their shop floor
•Christian Louboutin will offer private tarot card readings
•Moschino will have tunes by Alexa Chung
•And yes, there will be a Kardashian — Kim will be a Lord & Taylor along with Jill Zarin and Kristi Yamaguchi
