Who Was The Best Dressed Bond Girl On The Red Carpet?

naomie
Actually, allow us to correct that headline — as the new star of the upcoming Bond movie Naomie Harris points out, they ought to be referred to as Bond women. At the London premiere of Skyfall last night, three outstanding women threatened to steal the spotlight from Daniel Craig's piercing blue eyes. The lady of the hour wore a daring Marios Schwab spring/summer '12 gown that we never thought we'd see outside of Fashion Week, and she looked absolutely stunning. Like, literally jaw-dropping. We never thought of it when we first saw it on the runway, but it's the perfect gown for a Bond leading lady.

Next up? Another sexy costar in a gigantic, glamorous red gown.

We would say that Bérénice Marlohe has that French je ne sais quoi down, except that we know exactly what's making her smoulder so much: that over-the-top red Vivienne Westwood gown! The color and cut of the bust are classic, but a skirt that big is a risk any time after 1899. Luckily, she pulls it off due to sheer confidence, smoky eye makeup, and a bold "what you lookin' at?" gaze.
And, of course, a party's not a party without Dame Judi Dench...

Longtime Bond star Dame Judi Dench successfully managed to avoid the whole sparkly grandma skirt suit. There's something distinctly Jil Sander about her monotone ensemble — and we're definitely digging that vintage-vibe clutch. A little Gatsby, don't you think?
