Another day, another Marion Cotillard sighting, this time in none other than Dior. But, the French actress ditched the red carpet in lieu of a more hands-on look — literally! Decked out in a crimson coat and matching lippy, Cotillard does her best Isabella Rossellini impression in this surreal snap for
W
's December issue.
And, if you thought the avant–garde cover was a trip, that's only the beginning. The spread is basically Babes in Toyland meets laxtex dominatrix with Cotillard photographed in Chanel, Lanvin, and more alongside a toy solider in a rose garden. Honestly, the word "weird" just doesn't do this shoot justice! But, even more fascinating than the fashion spread is the Q&A with the Rust and Bone star. When asked if she dreams in French or English (she mastered the later a few years go), she responded with, "I think I’m too tired to dream in any language," after explaining that she often has bi-lingual conversations. And, when prompted about her preference of death over sex scenes, she was quick to point out that love making is a huge part of her new flick, but she hates being naked on screen — something W noted as a very un-French trait of hers.

Although stunning in every sense of the word, we say: Keep your clothes on, Cotillard — that way you're comfortable and we have even more chances of a Raf Simons for Dior sighting.
