Did Kristen Stewart Take Heroin Chic Too Far In This Editorial?

Kristen Stewart is sort of a rollercoaster when it comes to fashion and beauty. Though she's got natural good looks and a body that won't quit, she's one of the few celebrities who doesn't mind going out in public in her sweats, pre-shower, with no makeup. That's okay by us, we love a natural look and we're certainly guilty of the same from time to time! But girl can definitely clean up, which is why we were a little surprised to see her looking a little worse for wear in the latest W Magazine.

This is a glossy, so it's obviously not just KStew on an off day. Heroin chic's been a latent force for a while, even years after its heyday ended in the '90s — but we're not so sure about this look.
