We've gone on about her eyes, sense of humour, and other lovely attributes before. But what really sets Ms. Alexa Chung apart from the rest of the beautiful hoi polloi are those clothes — minxy little skirts, Peter-Pan-collared shirts, crazy-quilt dresses, and always-on-point accessories. Well, now, you can stop drooling over Chung's wardrobe, and score a few of her pieces for yourself at Marks & Spencer.
Today, over at the mega-chain's Marble Arch store, the retailer is bowing its Shwop Shop — an in-store boutique where fashion's high and mighty donate their clothes for public resale with proceeds going directly to Oxfam. As part of M&S's larger Shwopping initiative, this particular event will feature, yes, second-hand stunners from Chung, as well as pieces donated by Daisy Lowe, Jo Wood, Zandra Rhodes, and Shwopping's Absolutely Fabulous celeb leader, Joanna Lumley. Nice.

Now, even if you can't get down to Marble Arch for this celebrity thrift sale — which would be a true shame — you can still partake in the charity. Next time you plan to pop in to M&S, just remember to bring a couple of lightly used items with you, and the store will work with Oxfam to sell or donate it to help its poverty-fighting efforts. As wonderful as getting your mitts on one of Chung's chain purses might be, giving help to people who need it is even more so. (Elle UK)
