Beyoncé took the high road and dressed down for the Grammys, letting her fellow stars enjoy the spotlight for once — very generous, coming from someone who can command attention in just about anything. Though she looked lovely in her Osman jumpsuit, it just wasn't the mind-blowing glam we expect from a diva of her level. The last time we saw her all dolled up was the Super Bowl, and though it certainly was an impressive getup, we wouldn't call it an outfit, per se. More of a...leather spiderweb concoction.
But now, finally, the moment we've been waiting for, at the premiere of her new HBO documentary Life Is But A Dream in NYC last night. If that's not a gown worthy of a pop superstar, then we don't know what is! The Elie Saab creation is bedazzled from head to toe, with cutouts in all the right places, and it's clearly been tailored to fit Bey's exact measurements. And as much as we love her curls, this super-straight 'do seems like the perfect choice. Are you as pleased as we are? Or do you get your kicks more from her candid Tumblr shots than the primped red-carpet looks?
