Last night, the fashion world came together to watch H&M’s first-ever runway show at Paris Fashion Week. And boy, was it good. The show took place in a specially constructed '70s-style apartment in the gardens of the Musée Rodin, where the likes of Cara Delevingne and Arizona Muse stalked the catwalk in looks that were striking for their tailoring and monochrome color ways.
Standout pieces were the overcoats – capes, sheepskin, double-breasted, embroidered — as well as flowing chiffon maxi dresses and black suede over-the-knee boots. The mood was a mix of Catherine Deneuve's elegance and Jane Birkin's boho charm. We’ve already compiled a list of the items we’re going to be snapping up (we’ll to have to wait till September 5 to make our purchases, but it doesn’t hurt to think ahead right?). But you tell us: Which pieces caught your eye?
