Winter Is Coming: Take A Game Of Thrones Cocktail Tour Of NYC

1
Game of Thrones fans, it's been a rough year. We've all been not-so-patiently waiting to find out what happened to poor Arya Stark, or whether the Wildlings made it over that wall. Now that the show is finally returning next Sunday, we can't think of a better way to celebrate than with a toast. And, turns out we're not the only ones — some of our favorite NYC watering holes are getting in on the action. Read below to find out where you can sip on delicious GoT-inspired drinks, and raise your glass to Westeros.

Upper West Side Mexican joint Amigos is mixing up a 32 ounce fish bowl drink dubbed The Knights Watch, made with rum and pineapple punch.

Amigos, 2888 Broadway (at 112th Street); 212-864-1143.

A.G. Kitchen, 269 Columbus Avenue (between 72nd and 73rd streets); 212-873-9400.

At cocktail lounge L'Amant, you can down The Wildling, made with tequila, mescal, celery bitters, and more south of the border ingredients.

L'Amant, 235 West 12th Street (at Greenwich Avenue); 646-476-8731.

Downtown burger joint Slide concocted two different drinks, The Ice Milkshake and the Fire Cocktail, inspired
by George R.R. Martin's tome A Song of Ice and Fire.

If you find yourself all the way downtown, head to Black Hound Bar & Lounge to try the Khaleesi, a fizzy concoction made with vodka, strawberries, and, of course, prosecco.

Black Hound, 301 South End Avenue (at Albany Street); 212-945-0562.

Meatpacking Hotspot Vinatta Project named its creation after everyone's favorite Lannister, Tyrion — think scotch, apple brandy, and stout beer.
