We always knew Pippa (yes, the one and only) Middleton was one smart cookie, but now that she's rumored to take the family biz (no, it's not "being regal") stateside, we're confirming that her savvy goes well beyond chic office wear. The Duchess's parents founded Party Pieces — a full-service catering, supplies, weddings, and "adult" events venture — in 1987, and now, according to the Londoner, they're scouting space in NYC.
The company, estimated to be worth around £30M, has partnered with big brands to build their celebration-based empire. They even signed a deal with One Direction to have cakes with the boy-band's faces on them (because, duh).

Hopefully, if this rumor is confirmed, it'll be Middleton herself that'll head here to oversee the New York office because, really, we could use a classy, English touch on our late-night ragers (or, at least, that aforementioned cake). (The Standard)
