Sugar: Right about now, we could use some. Or... so we think? According to this terrifyingly informative Buzzfeed video, we're consuming way more sugar than we realize, in things we wouldn't suspect — for example, um, beans.
We already knew about the sugar in soda, juice, and energy drinks, but we were less than pleased to hear what's in our "healthy" cereals. Of course, all the food featured here is processed, which means it has all kinds of less-than-desirable ingredients. And, it's important to keep in mind serving size: Yes, it's gross that BBQ sauce has 168g of sugar in it, but are you going to eat the whole thing in one sitting? (If so, you deserve a high-five. We'll just be over here having less fun than you.)
