Bravo's interior-design star Jeff Lewis never met a space he couldn't salvage. On his many shows — Flipping Out, Interior Therapy, Property Envy — you get to see his visions come to life. But very rarely do you see him grow attached. Until it came to a piece of real estate called Gramercy, that is.
Lewis bought the three-bed/four-bath, 3,730-square-foot L.A. pad, renovated it, and sold it in 2006 for about $2.8 million, only to have seller's remorse set in. When the house fell into foreclosure, the designer was quick to snatch it up again. But as fickle as home trends during transitional seasons, the TV personality recently put the home up for sale again — this time for a whopping $3.2 million! With custom, hand-cut marble flooring, eye-catching wallpaper prints, and luxurious steam showers, the cost is fair. Let's just hope the brutally honest Lewis doesn't change his mind.
