The Face Partners With Fekkai, Beauty Dreams Everywhere Come True

We have a few things to report after attending an event surrounding the upcoming Season 2 of Oxygen's The Face, a reality show/modeling competition. The first is that executive producer Naomi Campbell — who will be a coach on the show along with models Anne V and Lydia Hearst — has still got it (duh). The second is that the show is partnering with Frédéric Fekkai to make the natural yet magical link between modeling and the beauty world: The winner of The Face will become the new face of Fekkai, and Frédéric himself will be in three episodes.
In case you haven't noticed, we love us some Fekkai products, so this partnership is pretty relevant to our interests. Being the face of Fekkai clearly implies being the hair of Fekkai as well — and having one's locks representing one of the best luxury hair care brands out there is a big deal. Though we're not sure what will come first: a girl with gorgeous hair, or products that can turn anyone's mane into something supermodel-worthy.
These days, we're running low on time to watch reality shows, but it seems we'll have to make an exception for The Face. It would be quite the beauty blunder to miss a season that promises Campbell, Fekkai, and the ever-charming host Nigel Barker (whose role will be expanded this season to include serving as a personal advisor for the models). Basically, though the season doesn't start till early 2014, we're already hooked.
