There are times when we think we know Kate Moss's face better than our own. Over the years we've analyzed the supermodel's every pore and contour, and engaged in heated debates about her latest sartorial decisions. Heck, we even bought Hunter wellies because of her infamous 2005 Glastonbury look. So, it is no real surprise to us that Net-A-Porter have devoted an entire edition of
The Edit
to our lady from Croydon.
The online magazine is celebrating the Christie's retrospective of Moss's 25 years in the biz with a shoot by artist Mat Collishaw. Moss wearing an entire look by Alexander McQueen is pictured against a rocky, volcanic landscape, which is as dramatic as the supermodel is serene. As editor-in-chief Lucy Yeomans says, "It is her unique ability to seem every day and yet totally otherworldly that ensures she appeals as much to great artists and high fashion photographers as to the woman on the street." Here's looking forward to another 25 years of Moss stalking admiring from afar. (Net-A-Porter)
