As reported by WWD, today will be Taylor Tomasi Hill's last day with Moda Operandi. Announced just yesterday, the redhead — one of favorites — will be leaving her position as creative director, which she's held for the past two years. Rumor has it that Tomasi Hill's departure stems from tension between her and MO cofounder Lauren Santo Domingo regarding issues over equity in the company.
In an email to her team, Taylor said that it's time for her to pursue the "next chapter" in her career, but what that is, however, remains a mystery. One that we'll follow very closely.
The Teen Vogue and Marie Claire alum is a fixture at fashion weeks around the globe, and we suspect her next move — whatever it is — will be major. Perhaps assuming another editor role or taking on a new business endeavor all her own? And, furthermore, who will fill her shoes at MO? Leave your predictions — and well wishes! — in the comments.
