Either the celebrity-dating wheelhouse had a glitch, or Matthew Perry and Lizzy Caplan have mastered life's privacy settings. We're going to go with the latter because the surprising thing about one of our surprising couples is that they checked into Splitsville last year.
In fact, it happened a year and a half ago, according to Us Weekly. How stars avoid attention in this day and age isn't as easy as throwing on some big shades and a wide-brimmed hat. In any case, whatever cloak-of-invisibility potion they downed clearly worked. Perhaps they should patent it, make a fortune off of their secret-to-keeping-your-life-under-wraps. Certainly, there are a fair number of couples and individuals who could use it (we're looking at you Joe Jonas, and your recent reunification with Camilla Belle). Hey, even those of us who aren't prey for the paparazzi could use some help with Facebook's privacy settings, too. (Us Weekly)
