DIY This Punk Cleopatra Makeup For Halloween

Still searching for a sexy (and tasteful) costume idea for Halloween? Cleopatra is kind of an obvious choice, but this tutorial at PopSugar takes the Egyptian queen's iconic makeup in a totally new direction — goodbye, Liz Taylor...and hello, Punky Cleo!

To update this iconic look, MAC senior artist Luc Bouchard used black and turquoise shades to add an exaggerated shape to the eyebrows and lashlines, contoured just a bit with bronzer, and then, for an unexpected twist, finished off with a purple lip. The model's badass shaved undercuts add to the tough-yet-pretty look, but if you're not looking to shave half your head at the moment, a tight undercut cornrow can provide a similar effect.
