Finally! Our Fave Discontinued Luminizer Is BACK

photoready
If you're a frequent drugstore shopper, you'll remember Revlon Skinlights from the early to mid-2000s. The line of luminizers added a subtle and ever-so-slightly pearlescent sheen to skin. They were great! Everybody raved about them! Then, in the middle of the aughts, they were discontinued. As Skinlights disappeared from shelves, its fervent fans stockpiled what they could before jumping into eBay bidding wars. (Even today, two tubes are going for a whopping $100.)
Now, in a move that has the R29 beauty department glowing, Revlon is bringing Skinlights back as part of its PhotoReady line. Available in four tints, the reformulated product is an insanely fast way to perk up a tired complexion. Just the tiniest bit of this potion can highlight cheekbones, illuminate the eye area, and provide a lit-from-within base for your foundation or BB cream. You know those mornings when coffee and concealer aren't enough to make you look awake? Dab a bit of this stuff around your eye area and ta-da! People will think you just got back from a relaxing vacation.

Skinlights will be returning to drugstores early next year, but in our fever to get our hands on this illuminating magic, we've found it online — and not at crazy-inflated auction prices, either. We know that we sound excessively ebullient about this little miracle in a tube, but, well, it is a little miracle in a tube.
Revlon PhotoReady Skinlights Face Illuminator, $12.99, available at Ulta.
