Meet The Wonder Gadget That Could Save You From A Sunburn

We love the feel of warm sunshine on our skin (especially this time of year). And, while sunlight and its vitamin D properties are essential for our well-being, too much isn't such a good thing. But, how do you know you're getting just the right amount? Meet, the June bracelet by Netatmo, a rather lovely looking wrist gadget that connects with your iOS device to let you know exactly how much sun exposure you’ve had that day.
June keeps track of UV intensity and, according to your particular skin type, will work out the exact amount of sun exposure you need. It reveals the full extent of how you've been affected by the sun every single day, and provides handy skin-care tips. Plus, it's something you'll actually want to wear. French jewelry designer Camille Toupet, who counts Harry Winston and Louis Vuitton as previous clients, is responsible for the bracelet's gorgeous look.
The wristlet will be launching in the spring of 2014 and will retail for $99. We're definitely looking forward to a summer when we won’t feel the burn. Now, if someone would just invent sunscreen you can take in pill form, and we'd be good to go. (Mashable)
