The Golden Globes was, as per usual, a sea of platinum highlights and golden lowlights. So, when our eyeballs landed on Diane Keaton and her radiant silvery mane, we were incredibly inspired. It's not just that we were impressed by her countercultural take on red-carpet beauty — she happened to look devastatingly stunning, too.
Keaton's gray ranges in color from dark silver to moonbeam white. It's the kind of aesthetic depth most of us can only achieve after many hours at the salon. We're still waiting to confirm whether or not this is entirely her natural color, but we wouldn't be surprised if it was some organic Keaton magic.

While this does have an all-natural vibe, there are some trends at work: Variations of her side part were seen on just about everyone last night, and her lob is cut to the just-past-the-shoulders length that's been a defining look for the past few months. Other than that though, her hair has a classic quality to it that will definitely withstand the test of time — we have a feeling we're going to be referencing this look for years to come.
Also, can we talk about her suit? It's the kind of perfectly tailored menswear many of us only dream about. That combined with her no-frills blowout and thick-rimmed black glasses proves to us that Keaton has officially broken the gender wall between silver vixens and silver foxes. Who says silver foxes have to be men, anyway?
