Jerry & George In Tom’s Diner: What Does It Mean?

If you freaked out when Jay Shells started hanging Rochelle, Rochelle posters around the city, you're gonna love this. Yesterday, a passerby spotted Jerry Seinfeld and Jason Alexander going in to Tom's Restaurant on W. 112th Street and Broadway. As Seinfeld fans know all too well, Tom's serves as the front for Monk's, the diner Jerry and friends frequented often during the show's nine seasons.

Though our hearts momentarily stopped at the thought of a possible Seinfeld reunion, it appears the duo was filming a segment for Seinfeld's web series, "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee." Reportedly, the restaurant was closed, the blinds were drawn, and there were camera crews inside.
Besides, there was no sign of Kramer Michael Richards or Julia Louis-Dreyfus. We're not sure what Richards was up to, but we do know why the Veep star didn't make an appearance. She was too busy throwing shade at the Golden Globes, and reminding us all over again why we love her so. Also, a big shout out to George for dressing exactly as he did on the show. Nice to know that some things never change. (Mashable)
