How did we not know about this? Did you know about this? Why didn't you tell us about this?
After spending what seems like half our lives watching, rewatching, and re-rewatching Love Actually, Sleepless in Seattle, and Katherine Heigl's entire oeuvre, finally, someone is stepping up to the plate and giving the rom-com the spoof it truly deserves. Better yet, the will-they-or-won't-they-yes-they-totally-will couple are your pals (and ours) Amy Poehler and Paul Rudd, and the writer/director is none other than David Wain, of Stella, Childrens Hospital, and Wet Hot American Summer fame. It is, as they tell us, the story of a corporate executive of a candy mega retailer and the owner of a self-owned gourmet candy shop who start off as bitter enemies but...wait, this sounds vaguely familiar.

In any case, it's making the rounds at Sundance and, as you can see by the clip below, looks pretty damn on point. Wonder if Carole King is gonna do the theme song. (/Film)
