Chloé’s Newest Fragrance Won’t Promise You A (Standard) Rose Garden

Chloé fragrances have been taking the rose from a timelessly romantic floral to a fresh and luminous scent since 2008. The brand's newest fragrance, Roses de Chloé, follows suit. This is not your average rose-scented perfume. While it definitely has that recognizable note at its core, the overall vibe is younger, muskier, and more vivacious. It's like a rose that just put on a tiny cotton sundress to go have a bright adventure in the light.
Of course, what would a new Chloé eau de toilette be without a gorgeous promo video? This one really takes the cake for creativity. Watch as interpretive dancers wearing flowing cream-colored gowns twirl in the shape of a blooming rose. It's really quite beautiful. We're not the kind of people to be inclined to say a choreographed dance reminds us of a fragrance (New Yorkers are a little more concrete than that). But, if this fragrance was a dance, this is what it would look like.
This vibrant new fragrance is definitely going to be a major player in our spring beauty game. The classic chic bottle and its pink ribbon don't hurt, either.
Chloé Roses De Chloé, $95, available at Sephora.
