There are quite a few words we'd use to describe Taylor Tomasi Hill. Creative, smart, charming, and seriously cool all come to mind. And, now, goop-y. Yes, that goop. Gwyneth Paltrow has signed on the former Moda Operandi creative director for her first major public career move since she left her post at the fashion site.
Tomasi Hill will be joining the goop team to cover New York Fashion Week — something she can basically do blindfolded at this point. And, while there's already so much to love about Gwyn's newsletters covering her favorite designers, juice cleanses, home makeovers, and tips from her mega-star influencer friends, we're psyched to see Taylor make a return to the web. "Taylor is a breath of fresh fashion air," Paltrow says. (Clearly, she's a fan, too.) "Her irreverent moments keep fashion week interesting for me — edgy and chic, she's always worth watching."
The former editor says that working with her new, goop EIC "is inspirational," and we believe she'll bring fresh insight on fashion coverage to the lifestyle site. However, there's no word yet if this is a one-off deal or if she'll be sticking with goop for a while. Either way, with Taylor on her way to NYFW, we can hear a million street-style shutters going off already. (Grazia Daily)
