We're longtime fans of Sweetgreen for the delicious and hearty salad options, and we're not alone — the fast-casual chain is a huge favorite among healthy D.C. ladies. The annual Sweetlife Festival, hosted by Sweetgreen and featuring an amazing lineup of national and local music acts, only serves to strengthen our feelings. So, we were pretty pumped when we learned about the headliners for this year's fest, taking place May 10 at Merriweather Post Pavilion. The big draws this year? Lana Del Rey, Foster the People, and 2 Chainz, among tons of others. The timing is pretty perfect, too, considering that Lana Del Ray and Foster the People both have albums coming out this spring.
In addition to great music — including a set from our hometown favorites GEMS — the fest will feature locally sourced, healthy food options. (Much better than your usual festival fare, right?) Tickets officially go on sale on Saturday, but fans of Sweetgreen on Instagram can get a presale code to grab tickets early. Good music and good food — what could be better?
