Despite being a critical darling with 17 Emmy nominations, Pushing Daisies tops the list of amazing shows that were cancelled too soon. Now, five years after it ended, it looks like fans finally have a revival to get excited about.
So, how will the show be resurrected? Nope, it won't be going the way of Arrested Development. Instead, Pushing Daisies creator Bryan Fuller is working on a movie and a musical version of the show. Fuller has supposedly been in talks with Men in Black director Barry Sonnenfeld about the film. He's also spoken with Kristin Chenoweth — one of the show's original stars and a Broadway veteran — about the stage version. Nothing is set in stone yet, but one thing's for sure: We'll take a Pushing Daisies reunion any way we can get it! (Huffington Post)
