Air travel is no longer the luxury experience it once was, and the days of dressing up to go to the airport are a distant memory. Today's reality is anything but plush, with budget carriers, tiny luggage allowances, and terrible in-flight food (though the movie selection is slightly better). So, spare a thought for Aliza Licht, a.k.a. DKNY PR GIRL, who experienced the age-old nightmare of losing her luggage this week. But, this was not just any luggage. Oh no, Licht checked two custom-made Donna Karan gowns destined for the Oscars red carpet. That’s an instant-migraine situation right there.

When faced with this big huge problem, the senior vice president of global communications did what she does best: She took to Twitter to document the entire scenario as it unfolded. It appears that rather than lose her cool (or her sense of humor), Licht took the sartorial drama in stride, even managing to get in a game of Candy Crush while she waited for everything to play out.
And, we’re pleased to say there's a happy ending to this story. The dresses were found in cargo and were delivered in time for the celebrity's second fitting. Of course, the identity of said celebrity is a closely guarded secret, at least for the moment. Phew, looks like there won't be any naked actresses at the 86th Academy Awards on Sunday night. Maybe next year?
