The Oscars are mere days away, and the celebs are preparing for their big close-up in every way possible. This includes a regimen that usually includes a spray tan among many, many other things. In celebration of the faux-bronze battle cry, we'd like to share a link that's a great reminder that there's a fine line between "glowing skin" and "tangerine terror." Ladies and gentlemen, click on through for The Cut's roundup of the "35 Orangest Men Ever to Grace a Red Carpet."
The list is a cautionary tale for those who dare to liberally spray the day away before a big appearance. It's also a good reminder that it's not just the ladies who love a little faux glow. Before we all prepare to play professional armchair quarterback this Sunday, let's have fun with a beauty critique that, for once, is not about the way the women look. And, as orange as they may be, we do have to give these stars props for satisfying their urge to bronze the pale way, rather than risking the dangers of UV-ray overexposure. (The Cut)
