Today, we're really excited to talk about cat-eyes. This classic shape is incredibly versatile — great for both work and play with just some tiny adjustments.
But, don't take our word for it. The Beauty Department offers an amazing how-to on what exact changes to make to your cat-eye when you're taking it from the office to the party. It's very specific so that no one has to wonder where to flick and where to enhance the line. (It's always hard to know how to fancy it up without just accidentally filling in our whole eyelid.)
