Finally — A Magazine Cover Look You Can Afford

katemossemPhoto: Via British Vogue.
By now, we've lost count of the number of times Kate Moss has graced the front of Vogue. As much as we love copying her inimitable personal style, most of these couture-clad covers are simply admired from afar. Our modest budgets prevent us from actually buying the featured outfits. So, imagine our excitement upon seeing the supermodel in British Vogue's May issue, wearing her comeback collection for Topshop.
Seven years after her initial collaboration with the brand, Moss is having another go at bringing vintage-inspired pieces to the mass market — possibly launching another buying frenzy in the process. Putting her contributing editor title to good use, she styled the Craig McDean-lensed editorial and Danish model Freja Beha Erichsen modeled key looks from the line.
The decision to feature the relatively affordable label is a welcome change from other head-to-toe high-fashion looks that dominate magazine covers. And, we think the results are just as chic. We're swooning over the silver fringe jacket and star-printed shorts. Of course, one awesome editorial is never enough, so prepare to see even more of the style icon on your newsstand when Moss graces the May issue of Harper's Bazaar. We can't forget to mention that three of her Topshop designs will be available for pre-order exclusively on ShopBAZAAR. If you miss the presale, dust off your sleeping bags and get ready to brave the long queues when the complete collection hits stores later this month.
