Three things have to exist in a dance track to make it an anthem: a four-to-the-floor beat, an emotional narrative, and powerhouse vocals. Bollywood starlet Priyanka has all three in her new single "I Can't Make You Love Me."
The song, a high-energy reboot of Bonnie Raitt's '90s crooner, is a lush mix of yearning and unrequited love. Priyanka's version provides the perfect canvas for some pretty heavy-handed remixes that are likely to make their way into various DJ sets during the upcoming summer-festival season. The original, however, is a pure glittery dance track that will have the club kids grooving into the wee hours.
