True Blood‘s Final Season Looks Absolutely Epic

Yesterday, we told you about a bunch of new shows coming to a small screen near you, so please remember: Despite what you're about to read, the future of television is bright.
True Blood is ending this year. So, before we continue, take two minutes to cry, kick, and scream. Is it out of your system? Good, because like we said, TV's Golden Age isn't going anywhere, Sookie Stackhouse be damned. But, before she leaves us, Anna Paquin's gutsy telepathic waitress is going to have to save the residents of Bon Temps from evil the likes of which they've never seen before. And, on a show about killer vampires, that's saying something.

The major threat this year comes courtesy of an unrelenting, zombie-like Hep-V vampire, who, according to Sookie, is "coming for every goddamn human in this town." It's a good thing Stephen Moyer's Bill Compton isn't exactly human. If the fine folks of Bon Temps have any hope, they'll need him.
The final 10 episodes of True Blood premiere June 22, on HBO. Check out the trailer below.
