Watch Cara Delevingne Act In Timeless

If you missed Cara Delevingne's first proper acting stint as a gloating but, alas, basically wordless rival to Keira Knightley in 2012's Anna Karenina, consider this your second chance.
Having conquered the world of modeling, the 21-year-old beauty is taking another stab at acting with a leading role in Playhouse Presents: Timeless, a made-for-TV film airing on Britain's Sky Arts network on June 19.
Delevingne plays a young woman engaged to a soldier fighting abroad. Her character moves in with her great-grandmother, a World War II widow, and the pair share common bonds over love and loss. Hankies may be required.

The scene below shows the supermodel — looking decidedly un-glam in a gray polo — bemoaning her inability to get in touch with her beau. As you can see, the gal's got some acting chops and holds her own against costar Sylvia Syms.
This all bodes well for Delevingne's budding film career, which includes the upcoming Tulip Fever. She may not turn out to be another Jessica Lange, but it's unlikely she'll be another Angie Everhart. (ONTD)
