Don't adjust your stereos, people. You're not just hearing things. O-Town's back, all right? The heartthrobs of yore are following in the footsteps of the Backstreet Boys and NKOTB and getting the band back together. These Making The Band stars — known for heavy ballads like "All Or Nothing" as well as some, ahem, less-romantic jams — are only slightly diminished this time around. They're missing former lead singer, Ashley Parker Angel; the guys cite "schedules" as the reason for his MIA status.
The band's new song is called "Skydive," and it's pretty much your standard boy-band fare: harmony-heavy, with a chorus that is pop, pop, and more pop. The accompanying music video features O-Town traipsing around the California desert chasing after a gorgeous blonde. (As usual, it's a rough life being a pop star). While this jam may not be Grammy-worthy, it certainly satisfies our nostalgia craving. Because, you know you need to stop singing "Liquid Dreams" already.
