When A Boring Dress Happens To An Awesome Bride

No matter what she wears, Ciara is going to be a beautiful bride. Not only does she have that new-mom glow about her (she gave birth to baby Future back in May), but she's got that smile, that bod, that hair, and, of course, that love to make the day come together perfectly. Which is why we were surprised when we found ourselves a little underwhelmed by the conservative gown Ciara is wearing on the cover of the August-September issue of Brides magazine.

There's nothing wrong with the lace three-quarter sleeved Reem Acra dress. There's just nothing particularly Ciara about it. And, with the singer's dynamic personality, we're looking for a dress to match that sparkle.

Indeed, Ciara revealed to Brides that for the real big day, she's going for something elegant with "a bit of edge." And that's what we'd like to see. After all, she's going to need a bit of a party dress to boogie down to the great DJ and singing friends she revealed will be performing at the reception.
