Don't ice the Orangemen, bros. Despite being ranked the nation's number one party school in Princeton Review's annual report, Syracuse University officials insist it's an honor they do not want.
In a statement released by the university, Syracuse announced: "We do not aspire to be a party school." Per USA Today, the statement goes on to cite the school's "long-established reputation for academic excellence with programs that are recognized nationally and internationally as the best in our fields."
So, Syracuse doesn't want to party with you. There are plenty of other schools on Princeton Review's esteemed list that are probably tapping a keg in celebration right now. Namely, the rest of the top 10. Ice luges and case races all around for these schools:

2. University of Iowa
3. University of California-Santa Barbara
4. West Virginia University
5. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
6. Lehigh University
7. Pennsylvania State University-University Park
8. University of Madison-Wisconsin
9. Bucknell University
10. University of Florida
On the dryer end of the spectrum, Brigham Young University tops the list of "stone-cold sober schools." The Utah school has held this distinction since the category debuted in 1997.
Other notable rankings include the most LGBT-friendly school (Stanford University), best library (University of Chicago), best campus food (Virginia Tech), best dorms (Washington University in St. Louis), and best newspaper (Yale University).
