There's a certain allure to women who wear their habits on their sleeves. Take Skins for example: Kaya Scodelario's Effy Stonem was a fan favorite. She was the beautiful mess that was honestly destroying herself, but her awareness of it all was attractive. FKA twigs' sexual prowess functions in a similar vein.
Then there's 26-year-old Tove Ebba Elsa Nilsson (better known as Tove Lo). The Swedish singer/songwriter is on the edge of glory. Her debut EP, Truth Serum, has made a mark on 2014, and she'll continue to hold court come September 30 when her debut LP Queen of the Clouds drops.

To keep the ball rolling, Tove Lo released a video for the LP's first single, "Not On Drugs," a track that is, essentially, a primer to her schtick. Like Truth Serum's single "Habits (Stay High)," Tove Lo flirts with romance, drug use, and self-awareness. Only this time, she's not staying high to deal with a breakup. She's in love and wants us to know it's not the drugs talking.
If this video and the one for "Habits (Stay High)" are of any indication, we're in for quite the explosive trip come fall. Hold tight. (Rolling Stone)
