Of course, when you put the two of them together for a photo shoot, you're guaranteed a few things: 1) fuzzy childhood playthings; 2) gratuitous pelvage; and 3) a hands-on approach by both parties. For V Magazine's latest cover shoot, not only did Karl man the camera, but he also designed a custom Fendi swimsuit for Miley out of blue-colored fur and Lycra.
In his sketch, Lagerfelt made sure to indicate that any back cleavage is 100% intentional, and while he may have left out a mouth and bellybutton, both of Cyrus' nips are out to play. The fall issue of V Magazine (Issue 91) is on newsstands now — pick up a copy for a better look at the provocateur and her Fendi suit (and her birthday suit).
