This week is all about making over your closet...and your jewelry box...and the art on your walls. Okay, and maybe even your drink of choice. New York City is always filled aplenty with sample sales, art openings, Style Stalking book launches, and food festivals, so we've narrowed it all down to eight cream-of-the-crop events you won't want to miss this week.

Stock up on Club Monaco.
Refresh your closet at Club Monaco's major sample sale, happening every day this week. Clothing and footwear will all be marked way down. You'll be happy to know that you can bring your man-friends along too, because this one's for everybody.

Take a trip to the Middle East.
Trickponi's second international tour is launching this Thursday with a pop-up shop in NYC that will then head to Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar to showcase the work of both U.S.-based and Middle East-based designers. Sara Al-Ajroush, who founded Trickponi, hopes to make the world a little smaller by sharing the work of these creative "Mad Ones" wherever she goes.

Get serious about vintage.
Whether you're new to world of vintage or a vintage aficionado, the Manhattan Vintage Show is a must-see this weekend. 100 of the top vintage dealers from around the world will be at the Metropolitan Pavilion selling pieces ranging in price — so there's something for everyone — on Friday and Saturday. Plus, this year's special exhibit will feature never-before-seen pieces from the Bonnie Cashin archive.
