1:30 p.m., New York: Two window-washers are currently trapped on a scaffolding, hanging from the facade of 1 World Trade Center. The duo is dangling more than 50 stories above the ground, on the south side of the building, which opened for business just last week. Emergency workers have been called to the scene.
