Serious question: Does Kylie Jenner have the Manic Panic gals on speed dial? That's the only way I could explain her chameleon hair. In case you aren't up-to-date, allow me to refresh you. Kylie had been sporting a ghostly shade of gray (and some down-to-there extensions) since Halloween. She was giving us a very convincing case for gray, too — much like Nicole Richie at last year's Met Gala.
But, as she tends to do, the younger Jenner has pulled out the rug from underneath us. Just yesterday, she debuted a brand-spanking new shade: peacock blue. (Her big sis can't be the only one attracting headlines, after all.)

Now, for those of you keeping track (like we are — whether y'all like it or not), this isn't the first time Kylie has gone azure. She played with versions of the shade a few times this summer — first with a dark blue, and then with a vibrant turquoise. Most notably, she sported blue locks at her sister Kim's wedding.
Kylie has admitted to being a dye addict. She recently chatted with People, saying, "I change my style maybe every month. I’m like punk one month, ghetto fab the next, classy the next. I'm just young and finding out who I am." We're reading this as: "I'm going to do what I want, because I'm a teenager and YOLO." So, you do you, Kylie. But, when your hair has just about had it from all those dye jobs, make sure you follow our color-damage survival guide.
