Alexa Chung: Is there anything she can't do? Apparently not, according to a newly-released video of her — gasp — singing.
The video comes from MyTheresa.com and was made to promote Chung's forthcoming collaboration with AG Jeans. In it, Alexa performs a cover of Stevie Nicks' "Blue Denim," karaoke-style — before a decidedly unimpressed audience.
Unsurprisingly, Alexa makes a pretty good chanteuse. Don't expect any Whitney-style vocal runs, but her smoky talk-sing goes well with the breezy, sun-soaked jam. We could definitely imagine it coming out of our roommate's iPod. The track was produced by Blood Orange's Dev Hynes, and the clip was directed by Gia Coppola — so it's basically an It Kid jamboree.

Check out the clip below, and help us solve the mystery of why Alexa's unnamed swain "reminds her of blue denim." Is he worn out? Shrink-to-fit? Machine-washable? Oh, apparently he's just got blue eyes. Take it away, Alexa.
Editor's note: An earlier version of this article erroneously stated that "Blue Denim" was an original song, not a Stevie cover. This has been corrected above, and we will be listening to our copy of Street Angel on repeat in penance.
