More seasons of Sex and the City on HBO? We can think of much worse ideas.
John Corbett, speaking to E! News about his new film The Boy Next Door, said, "I think there are a lot of stories to tell."
Corbett, who played Aidan, Carrie's photo-lumbersexual boyfriend on the hit show — and with whom she shared a kiss in the second movie — thinks that SJP and the girls should come back. "There's a lot of story left to tell with those women, and if HBO got it together, I'd like to see the show come back for a couple of seasons like The Comeback," he said, adding, "I'd like to see them come back for, you know, eight or 10 episodes a year for a couple of more years."

Of Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and Kim Cattrall, John said, "We want to see them! Those girls are amazing actors and there are so many stories to tell even as we all age and get older. You know when I started that — I'm almost 54 now — when I got that job I was 39. Time moves along. I want to see those girls as I'm into my 50s. I want to see them into my 60s."
While Corbett may just be smartly promoting his new movie, there's also been noise — from SJP herself — about a third movie. Either way, we're with John, we'd like to see more stories about women — of all ages. (E! Online)
