To those of you who are truly committed to joining the ranks of the Beygency, listen up. Having completed the 22 Days Nutrition Challenge in 2013, Beyoncé Herself is one of the latest celebrities to support a plant-based diet. She is so committed, in fact, that she wants to share the benefits of veganism with us common folk. In a recent statement, Bey announced that she will soon launch a meal service modeled after the Challenge.  Developed by Bey's trainer, exercise physiologist Marco Borges, the service will charge between $9 and $17 per meal and will deliver meals once per week. Though the idea of going totally gluten-, GMO-, dairy-, and soy-free all at once may seem daunting, our Queen says: Fear not. The service's main goal, she explains, is "to get people motivated to make better nutritional choices."  In the same statement, Beyoncé goes on to offer words of support, while also implying that she's just like us. When it comes to going vegan, "All you have to do is try. If I can do it, anyone can."
