Well, it's happened: Taylor Swift and Kanye West are totally buds now.
After cozying up at the Grammys, the two musicians met for dinner at New York City gastropub The Spotted Pig on Tuesday. The West Village eatery counts Jay Z as a co-owner, so we guess that counts as neutral territory.
A source told Us Weekly that it was West who set up the meal. Maybe he feels bad about interrupting Swift's speech at the 2009 VMAs? Is brunch with Beck on the cards for this weekend?
"They ended their feud at the Grammys and are fine now,” the source said, adding that Swift and West plan to record together.
"They both know that recording a song together would be huge," the insider confirmed. "So yes, they’re friends... Kanye already has a few ideas of what he wants the song to be. But, he knows he'll have to compromise a bit.”
Ooh. Will a so-and-so-did-me-wrong rap be hitting the airwaves? This could be fun.
