Normally reserved for presidential elections, the phrase "four more years" now applies to the Kardashian family. The krew has just secured the highest deal in reality television history.
Kris Jenner has reportedly negotiated a $100 million deal for herself and Kim, Khloé, Kourtney, Kendall, and Kylie, according to Page Six. The gossip column also reports that Bruce Jenner is excluded from this deal. (He reportedly agreed to leave after the forthcoming season 10, and will have his own show on the same network.) Kanye West is reportedly also not part of the deal — though he will make rare appearances, as usual.
Page Six also reports this deal includes any spinoff series, like Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons. "E! executives also believe the family's huge social media following will fuel future digital projects," writes Page Six's Emily Smith.
This extended contract with E! confirms we'll continue to get an inside look at the Kardashians' life, but it also suggests we'll see some of them branching out into new careers. Page Six claims Khloé will likely continue her fashion coverage we saw during the Oscars, while Kim will get a chance to produce her own shows.
Page Six's source says this is just the beginning. "You'll be seeing a lot more of the Kardashian family. This is a huge deal, which will see their involvement with the network and its digital properties expand well into the future."
