There’s a long
list of reasons why Lyft is quickly becoming the go-to ride-sharing app. From
its quirky company culture to its community involvement to its advocating for women
drivers, the San Francisco-based company is paving a progressive path.
And, now, it
can add one more feather to its cap. In celebration of National Women’s Day, Lyft is partnering with the global nonprofit Dress
For Success to donate up to 1,000 free rides to the organization's clients, ensuring them reliable transportation to job interviews. According to Dress For Success, this is one of the biggest setbacks the women it helps face when looking for work, so it's pretty major that Lyft is pitching in.
