Thirty years ago, a princess, an athlete, a brain, a basket case, and a criminal served Saturday detention together. They called themselves The Breakfast Club. Now, fans of the film can relive the magic on the big screen. The John Hughes film returns to select movie theaters tonight.
Even though three decades have passed, The Breakfast Club remains just as important to us. We spoke with Molly Ringwald and Ally Sheedy at the South by Southwest celebration of the film's return. It turns out they're still reeling from the Hughes movie, too.
If you can't make it to the special showings of The Breakfast Club, you can also see it on March 31. Check here for participating cinemas. Buy the film on DVD here.
