Kris Jenner Takes Control Of Bruce Jenner Family Interviews

Airing this Sunday and Monday, the two-part Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce special will feature the former Olympian discussing his gender transition with his family. Well, part of his family. Sources claim that Jenner's ex-wife, Kris Jenner, is using her influence with E! to block her former step-sons from appearing on the program. The NY Daily News' Confidenti@l column reports that Brandon and Brody Jenner were scheduled to speak about their father on the show, but Kris had their interviews canceled.  “Days were blocked out for them to film and she pulled the plug,” a source revealed. “She didn’t want them on the show. It was a huge deal. Kris runs the show. She wants it to be about her family and not the other kids.”   The special will instead feature the three Kardashian girls, as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner.  The Jenner sons did appear, however, in their dad's famous segment with Diane Sawyer, speaking out about their support with older half-siblings Burt and Casey Jenner. Kris denied ABC News' statement that she had refused to comment or appear in that program. Sources now claim she was "uncomfortable" with having "no input" regarding the Sawyer interview. Kris' influence at E! allows her the right to run the show as she sees fit, but she may be overlooking that this is Bruce's story to tell.
