See Jennifer Lawrence in Two Mockingjay – Part 2 Teasers

Update: There's another new teaser following the movie's Comic-Con panel. This one features an drill team, all in white, performing choreographed movements with their weapons. Katniss, clad again in red, walks through them. As she reaches the front, her massive cape flies off behind her.

Original post: The latest teaser for The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2 is a glorious image of heroine Katniss with a bright blue sky in the background. While we wouldn't call it upbeat, the teaser lacks some of the menace we've come to expect from Hunger Games promos. However, we're not totally fooled. The teaser zooms out from a close-up of Katniss's profile, and we see her wearing a red version of her uniform and a cape waving in a breeze. She is mounted on an oversized figure resembling a hand formed into the familiar salute. It ends by encouraging viewers to “stand by for a message from District 13.”

It should be a big Hunger Games day given that a Mockingjay - Part 2 panel will take place today at Comic-Con. So we will indeed stand by, District 13. A new poster for the film gives gives a better look at that red armor, and over at TheCapitol.pn you can see how Katniss, quite literally, has taken over President Snow’s throne.
